In the large dining room you will find the warmth of a great hearth.... a familiar atmosphere surrounds you, and you can savour the classic Tuscan dishes made with authentic products of the farm: the bruschettas with newly pressed oil, bean soups, cured meats and fine cheeses accompanied with honey and homemade jams, white truffle, handpicked mushrooms, with pasta and desserts made from scratch. And then there's the wine... the I.G.T. Rosso distilled in barriques and the Montalto Chianti.
Our kitchen invites you to taste homemade specialities and local delights with a breakfast that consists of cured meats, cheeses, honey, jams, eggs and yogurt cakes.
For lunch and dinner, however, we offer fresh homemade pasta, vegetable quiches with veggies from our garden, mushrooms, Chianina steaks and San Miniato truffle. Everything is drizzled with extra virgin olive oil and there are several IGP wines to choose from of our very own production.
